A magical seafront atmosphere

Jesolo Lido is located just a few minutes from Venice and boasts 17 kilometres of golden sands on its beach. It is one of the most popular destinations for sun worshippers and nature lovers, whose regular presence every year underlines the appeal of the resort and the healthy holiday atmosphere that can be found all along the coast.

For the tenth year running, in 2013 Jesolo was awarded a Blue Flag by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE), an international organization that does not just check that the water meets its high standards but also assesses many other environmental criteria in the local area.

Jesolo is near the magnificent city of Venice and a number of other towns in Veneto and the neighbouring region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, so it is an ideal starting point for short trips to see sites of historical, environmental and cultural interest and to enjoy the incredible variety of delicious food and wine from the local area.

These features all come together in an endless selection of new and exciting experiences for tourists, from the breathtaking art and history in the towns to the famous wines in the hills, the picturesque villages nestled in the valleys and the nearby Dolomites, which are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

There are also lots of attractions in Jesolo for people who do not want to stray too far from the beach, such as fashionable bars and clubs, the longest shopping street in Europe and restaurants with something to suit all tastes.
